We take great care in packaging your books, but sometimes accidents do happen during transit. If your book arrives damaged, we’re here to help!
Here’s what to do:
- Take clear photos of:
- The damaged area(s) of the book
- The packaging (including any visible damage)
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery:
- Use our contact form or email support@yourbookcompany.com
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and the photos.
- Our team will review your case and offer a suitable resolution, usually a free replacement or a full refund (based on our Damage Policy).
Tip: Please keep all original packaging until your issue is resolved. We may need additional info for insurance or quality control.
Exceptions: If you contacted us after 48 hours or the book was damaged after delivery, let us know and we’ll do our best to help.
